The Door Company guarantees all its products (except those otherwise specified) for one year from the date of shipment. Guarantees do not apply to hardware, items improperly stored, finish on the part of the customer, or damage due to customer error or neglect.
All doors up to 55” high and all drawer fronts up to 36” long are guaranteed against warping of more than ¼”. Any door over 39” high or 24” wide will require two panels to be guaranteed against warping of more than ¼”. In accordance with our guarantee any door ordered over 39” high or 24” wide will automatically be made a two panel door unless specifically ordered as a single panel by the customer. If a single panel is specified over our guarantee maximum it will not carry a guarantee against warping.
Completed dovetail drawers have a 10 year warranty extended to the original owner. The warranty covers normal wear and tear on residential drawers only. Any claim must be accompanied by The Door Company’s order number, date of purchase, and the drawer must be returned to our facility for inspection.
