Ordering

The Door Company prefers orders be placed via our website.  We also accept orders via fax, email, or sent via regular mail.  Order forms are available on our website.  All orders will require a 50% deposit.  No order will be put into production until a deposit is received.

The Door Company will accept phone orders under the following guidelines:  All phone orders will be read back to the customer.  It is the customer’s responsibility to correct any errors at this time.  All discrepancies with phone orders will be considered customer error.  If you have access to email or a fax you will be sent a copy of the order.  The order will need to be signed and sent back.  No phone order will be processed until we receive a signed copy of the order.
