Replacement and Credits
Upon completion of your order, carefully inspect it for errors or defects. Any item claimed to be defective must be returned within 10 calendar days, as received (in the raw), to our facility for inspection. A replacement item will be manufactured and invoiced. A credit will be issued subject to inspection of the returned item. Any claim honored by The Door Company will be limited to the amount on the original invoice. Requests for credit will be denied if the product has been altered in any way.
