Doors

Standard rail size is 2 ¼” (on most designs).

All doors less than 39” high will be made with a single panel.  Doors sized from 39” to 77” will have two panels.  Doors over 77” will have three panels.

Minimum sizes:

The chart below indicates the smallest size that can be made on each style.  For an additional fee, some non-miter door styles can be trimmed to a smaller size.  If it is necessary to order the door smaller than the minimum, the rails can be trimmed up to 1” from each side.  Miter doors and 615ADM doors cannot be trimmed.
